Objectives:
We designed a bespoke online catalogue which allows website visitors to view wedding dress images and details about the dresses on sale. Users can browse their collection and then book an appointment to try on the dress of their choosing.
Users who want to book an appointment to try on multiple dresses would now be able to through an integration with Acuity, a third-party scheduling service.
Solutions:
- To rebuild their existing website with a fresh new look, improved user journeys and additional features and integrations. The client wanted to reduce inefficiencies and admin time in dealing with appointment requests and dress viewings.
- The client needed to be able to promote their dress designers and individual outlet dresses for sale. They wanted to reduce the friction in users making enquiries and booking appointments with the shop.
Approach:
We worked closely with the client to discover their needs and understand their customer base. This enabled us to design and fine tune the specific user journeys and interfaces on the site to best suite the needs of the customer and generate valuable leads.
We designed the product catalogue to be intuitive to interact with and easy to enquire about specific dresses.
