RESTAURANT DESIGN WORK
The team at Binn were keen to find a graphic designer in Buckingham to help them realise their design needs. Having already spent heavily on creating the brand they desired, Binn began working with Yellow Moose’s graphic design team to create a range of visual content across various platforms.
From menu design to postcards, bespoke food photography, and digital marketing including social media management and monthly HTML newsletters our team had a significant impact on the footfall in their restaurant and brought their brand to a whole new audience.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Even businesses with a successful online following can use regular support to supplement what they are already doing so well. Binn Smokehouse, part of Louis’ Kitchen Group, were already doing a great job of building up and engaging with a strong local following on Facebook. However, as with most small to medium sized businesses, with growth and success comes less time and resource to focus on things like running your social media. This is when we stepped in to offer Social Media Management.
We had already worked with the Binn team before in another restaurant within their group, so understood their brand and what they were trying to achieve through social media. They were keen to offer promotional and event-based news to followers, as well as demonstrating their engagement with their industry (so lots of yummy foodie updates too!).
By working hand in hand with the team, and allowing their knowledge to guide our copywriting and social media talents, the team from Yellow Moose were able to deliver regular engaging social media posts. This was supplementary to their existing social media activity and took the pressure off the busy restauranteurs who could be confident that even if their lives became too busy they would still know that their Facebook account wouldn’t lie dormant for weeks on end.
Yellow Moose’s professional photography team were asked to come in to capture some of the incredible food that was being produced in the kitchen.
Newsletters can be an incredible effective way of letting your customers know what’s going on in your business, as well as introducing them to new things. As part of our marketing service to Binn, the Yellow Moose team created monthly email newsletters for the smokehouse to send out to their mailing list.
This has given them the opportunity to showcase new dishes and specials from their menu as well as sharing exciting new ventures they are undertaking as part of their group. The newsletters have been received really well by their regular subscribers and with links to their website and social media pages, they have seen an increase in online traffic as a direct result.
